WHAT EXACTLY WILL I BE GETTING FOR MY BUDGET?

Our campaign director will plan and consult with you on each month’s upcoming budget based on priorities and the general goals. They will then delegate tasks to our internal staff to complete to the man-hour value. You will be provided full timesheet and budget allocation reporting.

WHAT IF I WANT TO FOCUS ON SOME PARTICULAR FORMS OF MARKETING I.E SEO AND NOT USE BUDGET TOWARDS THINGS LIKE EMAIL MARKETING?

We understand every business and industry is different and certain forms of marketing will be more suited to generate leads than others. Our campaign directors will consult with you to gauge your opinion as well as offer their input to overall strategy to ensure we run a campaign designed not only for success but with your input.

AM I ABLE TO INCREASE OR DECREASE MY BUDGET?

We are confident our results will only demand increase in budget if anything. However, we are completely understanding that sometimes in business, situations change and budget may need to be altered. We are open to negotiate altered, renewed agreements and will take into consideration results achieved plus if you have used any credits gifted as part of the original agreement.

HOW MANY KEYWORDS DOES MY BUDGET ALLOW ME TO TARGET?

As a rule of thumb, we can effectively target 1 keyword group of about 15 keywords for every $550 of budget allocated. Over the course of 12 months if you have multiple keywords groups we will rotate work through each keyword group as efficiently as your budget allows us to. This will ensure that no matter your budget, so long as the campaign is a 12 month one, we can effectively target and improve your rankings across multiple keywords.

IS THERE REAL VALUE IN HIRING YOU VS. HIRING MY OWN STAFF?

By partnering with us, you are giving your business access to a full team of digital marketers including programmers, content editors, conversion analytic specialists, email and social marketers and SEO and PPC managers all for a fraction of the cost it would to hire these kinds of people in-house or freelance. Your campaign manager also directs and allocates budgets and horus as best suited.

CAN YOU PLEASE EXPLAIN THE CREDIT SYSTEM?

Digital marketing and campaign success is a journey, not a short term venture. Thus, we want to encourage and reward those who commit to proper long term plans. To do this, we offer free work in the form of hourly credits for any 12-month agreement. The amount of credits is equal to one month of the chosen monthly budget. You can advise how you wish to allocate this free work towards your marketing or website at any time during your campaign.

Depending on your selected budget, we offer to guarantee that within the selected timeframe, we will have at least doubled your web traffic and be providing your business a tangible difference in the form of increased enquiries, emails, phone calls and sales otherwise we will work for free until those KPI’s are achieved. This removes the risk for you as unless we hit some pretty high set goals early on in the campaign’s life cycle, we are working for free until those goals are achieved. WHAT CAN I EXPECT POST SIGNING UP?

We have a very organized system for an onboarding staff. You will be quickly introduced to key staff members as well as sent onboarding forms and questionnaires. You will also be added to an automated email workflow which will help guide you through your first 2 months and ensure a smooth welcoming process for you and your team.
